ABOUT me

My name is Mike Rogers, and over the past 50 years I have been through my share of life changes; multiple careers, moving to new cities, new and lost relationships, undergrad and graduate school, spiritual loss and gain, getting marriage and raising children, as well as, experiencing personal traumas and loss. I've learned that we cannot always control the events that cause change, however, we can learn how to more effectively navigate the transitions.

So, what's the difference between change and transition?

​

Change refers to the external events or circumstances that occur in our lives. It can be a new job, a relocation, a relationship ending, or any other situation that is different from what we are accustomed. Transition, on the other hand, is the internal psychological and emotional process that individuals go through to come to terms with a new situation or change. It involves adjusting to the new reality, accepting the change, and finding a way to move forward.

This is why I started Liminal Pathways. I merged my years of consulting and therapy experience, along with my personal experiences, to develop a coaching business to help guide people through their personal transition.

Book a 30-minute Discovery Call to see if we are a good fit to work together.​

If you are ready to move forward, we schedule an 90-minute Intake Session. So, I may better understand your personal goals and history.

03.

We jointly work together to develop a transition plan that is aligned with your goals and values.

04.

We meet regularly to check on progress and I provide support and assistance so you can effectively move through the transition and achieve your goal(s).

05.

Upon meeting your goal(s), we discuss post-transition support.
